Welcome to 77fub. This website and all services accessible through it are operated by 77fub (referred to in these terms as "77fub", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the 77fub platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete legal agreement between you and 77fub. If there is any inconsistency between documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

77fub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify existing members via the contact details on their registered account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

To register and maintain an account with 77fub, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 77fub does not permit minors to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal for you personally. It is your responsibility to verify the laws applicable in your location before registering.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when placing bets or operating your account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close relative of any employee or contractor of 77fub or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 77fub platform or any platform operated by 77fub's affiliated companies.

77fub reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account with 77fub. Duplicate accounts — whether created using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 77fub reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances or bonus winnings pending investigation.

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your 77fub account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77fub account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share these credentials with any other person. 77fub will never contact you asking for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately via the contact details in Section 16.

Account Verification (KYC)

77fub may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate. This may include providing a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Verification documents must be current, legible, and unaltered.

All financial transactions on 77fub are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• GCash
• Maya (PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account on your behalf — are prohibited. If a third-party deposit is detected, the funds will be returned to the source and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

77fub reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit in cases where the deposit is suspected to be connected to fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity. In such cases, the relevant amount will be returned to the original payment source after deduction of any applicable processing fees incurred.

General Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals from your 77fub wallet are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.

Processing Times

Most withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within 3–5 minutes of the request being submitted during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to 30 minutes. Delays beyond these windows are uncommon but may occur during peak periods, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

Verification Before Withdrawal

77fub may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or where a withdrawal pattern triggers an automated compliance review. In these cases, you will be notified and asked to submit the required documentation. Withdrawals will be held until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Withdrawal Limits

Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of ₱200,000. VIP members may have higher withdrawal limits depending on their tier. If you need to withdraw above your current limit, please contact our support team who can assist with VIP tier review or a one-time limit increase request subject to verification.

77fub offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your 77fub account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as cash. The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 20× the bonus amount. Specific promotions may have different requirements — always check the promotion detail page before opting in.

Validity Period

All bonuses have an expiry period from the date they are credited. If wagering requirements are not met before the expiry date, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Standard bonus validity is 14 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated.

Contribution Rates

Different games contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. As a general guide on 77fub: casino slots and Color Game contribute 100%; Baccarat, Tongits, and Pusoy contribute 15%; sports betting (PBA, Football) contributes 20%. Bonus Abuse

77fub reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse — including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting patterns designed specifically to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended.

By placing any bet or entering any game on the 77fub platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All bets placed and accepted on 77fub are final and binding once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once submitted, except where explicitly permitted by a specific game or market.
• All digital game outcomes on 77fub are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). 77fub does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) operated by trained dealers on camera. 77fub is not responsible for human error where such error is genuinely outside normal operating procedures, but makes every effort to resolve disputes fairly.
• In the event of a technical fault that disrupts a game round mid-play, 77fub will apply its game malfunction policy which may result in the round being void and stakes returned. Winnings generated during a demonstrable technical malfunction may be voided.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. Current limits are displayed at each game table and market. 77fub reserves the right to change bet limits at any time.
• Sports betting markets are subject to settlement based on official results from recognised governing bodies. 77fub reserves the right to suspend a market prior to an event starting if there are legitimate integrity concerns.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77fub platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false information at registration or during any verification process
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interferes with normal platform operation or provides an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain winnings that would not occur under normal operation
• Colluding with other players in card games or other multi-player formats
• Operating more than one registered account
• Allowing another person to use your account, or using another person's account
• Attempting to reverse transactions through your bank or payment provider (chargebacks) without first attempting resolution through 77fub customer support
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 77fub staff or other players via the platform's communication channels

77fub's compliance and risk management systems monitor accounts continuously. Detection of prohibited conduct may result in immediate account restriction without prior notice.

77fub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement
• Failure to complete verification within a specified timeframe
• At the request of law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month after the 12-month period, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated

Self-Requested Closure

You may request the closure of your 77fub account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Appeals

If you believe your account has been suspended in error, you may submit a formal appeal to our support team. Provide your registered account details and a description of the situation. Appeals will be reviewed within 5 business days.

77fub is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all of its products and services. We believe that online gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

The following tools are available to all 77fub members directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been actively gaming for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, access to your account is blocked.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 77fub platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

All content on the 77fub platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, videos, and audio — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77fub or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 77fub platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the platform or its content without the express written permission of 77fub.

The 77fub name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are the exclusive trademarks of 77fub. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77fub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the 77fub platform.

Specifically, 77fub shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings resulting from a technical fault, telecommunications failure, or internet connectivity issue on the member's end
• Losses arising from a member's failure to follow game rules or betting procedures
• Delays in processing transactions caused by third-party payment providers (GCash, Maya, banks, etc.)
• Actions taken based on incorrect information provided by the member at registration
• Any losses sustained as a direct result of prohibited conduct by the member

77fub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

77fub will never sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers strictly for the purposes of identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

77fub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Send a notification to registered members via their account email or SMS number
• Display a notice on the 77fub homepage for a reasonable period following the change

Your continued use of the 77fub platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 9.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of 77fub that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to the appropriate Philippine courts or arbitration body, as applicable.

Internal Complaints Process

Before pursuing any formal legal remedy, members are required to first raise the matter with the 77fub support team. A formal written complaint should be submitted to support@77fub.net with the subject line "Formal Complaint" along with your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. 77fub commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a resolution or progress update within 10 business days.
